Our law office provides integrated legal services, addressed mainly to legal persons and businessmen. The activity consists in counselling and assistance provided to our small and medium clients, with a view of identifying fair and appropriate solutions, in an efficient manner, based on pragmatic advice and technical points of view.

The counselling and assistance activity has an international character, a significant part of the clients being the representatives of commercial companies with their head offices outside the country, within the European Union space.

Our law office is registered within the Dolj Bar Association, and the activity of legal representation before the courts and other bodies with legal powers is carried out especially in Oltenia region and Bucharest municipality.

The Law Office Plăiașu was founded out of the desire to provide clients with high level legal services, efficiently and accurately executed, focusing on identifying commercial, fiscal and real estate solutions.

We provide legal assistance in a number of commercial and fiscal aspects, including economic entities registration, agreements with suppliers or the customers thereof, staff employment, internal regulations and unit level agreements, equipment lease agreements, as well as operations on income, expenses, sales, VAT, local taxes etc.

We represent real estate developers, investors and landowners or services providers, in all matters of real estate and commercial law (purchases and sales of real estate, divisions of corporate assets, financing, shares transfer and setting up economic entities, due diligence, verification of ownership title or the location on the cadastre plan, financing and elaboration of all related documents, including preliminary contracts, contracts, agreements on establishment of servitudes, right of retention or charges and property management agreements).

We acknowledge that law practice is not limited exclusively to litigation. Therefore, we primarily are consultants and we advise our clients in efficiently and accurately implementing business strategies so as to minimise litigation costs.

In order to provide our clients with the best services, our office constantly and efficiently collaborates with other law practitioners, sworn interpreters and translators, professional notarial associations, chartered accountants and management and secretariat consultants.
